Will I receive a confirmation of my online reservation?

Yes, you will receive an email with a confirmation booking code.

Do you do overnight rentals?

Yes, but all overnight rentals must be stored back at marina where it was picked up or at customer’s lake house rental with previous permission by East Texas Van and Boat Rentals.

What if I want to keep the boat a bit longer than the agreed date and time?

If you want to keep the boat longer, simply call us and we can extend the reservation assuming that nobody else has it booked during that time.

Do you have a limit for usage?

Yes, boats can only be operated from dawn to dusk only. No night boating.

What is included in your rates? Do you charge additional fees?

Everything is included.

How can I cancel my reservation?

There is a link in your confirmation email that will allow you to cancel or modify a reservation. You can always email or call as well.

What is your bad weather policy?

There is no full refund for a bad weather day. You may rebook for another available date or accept 50% refund of initial deposit.

What is your cancelation policy?

100% refund if canceled at least 72 hours. 50% refund if canceled between 48 hours and 72 hours. 0% refund if canceled with less than 48 hours.
